Connect66 Internet, a division of Sacred Wind Communications, Inc. (“Sacred Wind”), announces its new 50 & 100 Mbps Internet service, which will be available to residents and businesses in Grants, Milan and Bluewater. The new service is being provided with the latest fixed wireless equipment and technology.

Sacred Wind Communications, Inc. pioneered fixed wireless technology when the company conducted a trial in 2008 to configure broadband and voice together over fixed wireless equipment under a USDA Loan project. Because of Sacred Wind’s successful trial, the technology was made available to other rural telecommunications companies in the country and is now being adopted by many major companies throughout the country including Google, Facebook, Century Link, AT&T, Verizon and Windstream.
